Transport links and accessibility of the building
Haslington surgery is located on Crewe Road, with easy access and parking facilities. Disabled parking is available outside the front door. A bus stop is located outside the surgery, within 100 metres of the entrance.
Externally, we have two disabled parking bays, with a wheelchair ramp leading into the surgery, through an automatic door. The building is on one level with patient toilets/ baby changing facilities on the same level. All patient signs are grouped into easy access areas. We have a hearing loop in reception and a language line facility in place.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
